For first-time moms with expected births in Summer 2024, this one-of-a-kind “before and after” care program is designed to support you in your new motherhood journey. This group will provide processing, psychoeducation, partner/family inclusion, and opportunities to find and give support to other women with shared experiences.
Join a supportive and cohesive small group with other first-time moms aims to:
Increase your confidence
Build applicable tools & strategies for preparation
Adjustment to end-of-pregnancy and postpartum period
Registration prior to group start is required. Begins May 2024.
