Columbus Women's Wellness - Psychological & Consulting Services (CWW) is excited to offer clinical opportunities at our newest location in Upper Arlington as well current opportunities at CWW’s Gahanna and Powell practice locations & telehealth. CWW-UA practice location is expected to open Spring/Summer 2024. CWW seeks actively licensed doctoral level clinicians (Ph.D./Psy.D. from accredited program) at any level of professional practice to join our team. Community /corporate consultation, group therapy facilitation, and psychoeducation group opportunities are also available if desired.

As a provider group that specializes in women’s and adolescent girls’ behavioral health, CWW provides services both in-office and services through telehealth. CWW desires candidates with a strong clinical skill set and sound knowledge base of developmental factors impacting women and teen girls. Our practice is intentional in every way. This makes our client-focused group a highly sought and referred service provider for clients from all over Ohio. Our client population includes teens 12 years and older, young to older adults, women, men, couples and families. CWW is an inclusive and gender-affirming practice.

We would love to meet you and share with you how CWW is different from other private practices. Our CWW provider team have come from a variety of clinical settings including hospitals, private practices, community mental health, and university counseling centers. 

Providers looking to focus on all areas of women’s behavioral health will be considered. Special consideration given to those who specialize in working with health psychology, perinatal/postpartum mental health, LGBTQI+ older adulthood, trauma, teens, couples, and/or families.

postdoctoral fellow

Columbus Women’s Wellness is excited to invite applicants for consideration for CWW’s 2024-2025 Postdoctoral Fellowship in Professional Psychology. The Program is designed to cultivate psychologists’ early career professional development, ethics knowledge base, and professional practice. Additionally, our Program is designed in accordance with the standards of training outlined by the American Psychological Association (APA) and Association of Psychology Postdoctoral and Internship Centers (APPIC). Finally, CWW’s Program meets or exceeds standard of postdoctoral training required by the State Board of Psychology in Ohio. The Program prepares Fellows for licensure in the State of Ohio. 

The goal of the Program is to provide early career psychologists with specialized professional practice training to prepare them for becoming essential, integrated professionals in their communities. The Program includes three main training components: 1) psychotherapeutic interventions with women and adolescent girls; 2) professional ethics in private practice; and 3) professional proficiency in private practice business administration and operations.
