Columbus Women's Wellness - Psychological & Consulting Services (CWW) seeks doctoral level clinicians (Ph.D./Psy.D. from APA accredited program) at any level of professional practice to join our team. Community and corporate consultation, group support facilitation, psychoeducation groups opportunities are also available if desired. As a mental health services provider that specializes in the therapeutic needs of women and adolescent girls, CWW desires candidates with a strong clinical skill set and sound knowledge base of developmental factors impacting women and teen girls. CWW services and providers are sought by clients from all areas of Central Ohio. Our client population includes teens 12 years and older, young to older adults, women, men, couples and families.

Columbus Women’s Wellness-Psychological & Consulting Services (CWW) seeks a part-time Office Assistant to provide administrative and client support to our growing practice. Under the supervision of the Office Manager, Office Assistant duties include, but are not limited to, greeting clients, answering calls and scheduling clients, returning emails, office billing, completing insurance benefits verification, office filing, claim submission, resolving billing and insurance problems, generating office reports and providing individual provider/practice administrative support, and obtaining and maintaining HIPAA compliance certification. As the one of the first interactions many CWW clients have with our specialized mental health practice, the Office Assistant will always present with professionalism and a pleasant demeanor.

Position Start Date: 5/1/2019


·        2+ years administrative office experience

·        Some post high school education

·        Excellent customer service skills - mature and professional verbal communication skills

·        Computer proficiency (Office, Excel report generation)
