For clients using out-of-network benefits, CWW will provide a detailed statement (superbill) that you may submit directly to your insurance carrier for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is determined by your individual plan and is not guaranteed. We encourage you to contact your insurance carrier to confirm your out-of-network benefits.

CWW self-pay rates range from $125.00 - $225.00.
